Our Values

Design Process

It is a decision making process (often iterative) in which the basic sciences, mathematics, and engineering sciences are applied to convert resources optimally to meet a stated objective.

Cost Benefit Analysis

Cost–benefit analysis (CBA), sometimes also called benefit–cost analysis, is a systematic approach to estimating the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives used to determine options which provide the best approach to achieving benefits while preserving savings transactions.

Value Engineering

Our team has years of combined experience in various types of building projects. This result is a company that can provide unique capabilities and expertise. Our goal is to build quality into all of our projects and strong relationships with every client

Susan's Kitchen

The overall design process was a collaborative effort between our team and our client, Susan. Her main concern was lack of space due to the narrowness of her existing kitchen. We optimized the amount of space through innovatively installing the kitchen appliances within the countertops. The neutral colour scheme was chosen to encourage natural light to reflect off the surfaces and create a warmer, brighter atmosphere.
